The 12 Steps are not affiliated with and demonation of sect. We give everyone the dignity of their own beliefs. Our program you must remember started back in the 30's and they understood through trial and error with a group called "Oxford" that to deny anyone membership based on religious affliliation was to pronounce them a possible death sentence.

Therefore., please do not preach, promote, post scriptures, biblical passages, or debate religion as we are not a organized religion. Since this is even after this many years still a issue in the program, lets try and talk spiriutality so that we may help those out there differentiate between the spiritutal concept of our program and how a Higher Power of our own choosing works in our lives.
